"I had some stained glass inside of my entry door of my home I thought I was going to have to replace the whole door because a couple of the little pains were broken I brought my window in and they fixed it within a couple of hours. Today I brought in some glass to be cut and they said don't worry about the charge, its on the house : ) Old School ethics and good business practices that are hard to find now days.
